UnitDesk imports bank transactions from your accounting package or from a CSV or Excel file and matches each payment to the right lease and the right month.
Track rental deposits
UnitDesk tracks the deposit per lease, apart from the monthly rent, and records at the end what you deduct and what you return until the balance reaches zero.
