How do I know which units are vacant or becoming available?

UnitDesk derives each unit’s availability from its leases, so occupancy is never a manually maintained field. A unit with an active lease today shows as occupied; a unit without one shows as available. Because lease end dates are part of the administration, you also see which units are coming available soon.

That gives you a live vacancy overview across your portfolio without a separate tracking sheet: what is empty now, and what will be empty when a current lease ends.
