What is UnitDesk?

UnitDesk is web-based property management software for small landlords and property managers. It replaces spreadsheet rental administration with one dashboard: rent and arrears tracking, bank and accounting transaction import with automatic payment matching, lease and vacancy visibility, and a shared Workspace where you invite your team and your accountant. It is built for operators managing roughly 20 to 200 units.

You enter properties, units, tenants, and leases once, then import payments instead of typing them. UnitDesk shows who has paid, who is behind, and which leases end soon, so nothing depends on a formula in a spreadsheet staying intact.
