Can my accountant or business partner access my rental administration?

Yes. UnitDesk is multi-user: as the Owner of a Workspace you invite Members, including your business partner, assistant, or accountant, so everyone works from the same records instead of forwarded spreadsheets. Each person signs in with their own account, and you can also export rent-received data for owner reporting or compliance.

A Workspace has one Owner, and invited Members share the same up-to-date administration: payments, arrears, and leases live in one place rather than in copies.
